If you’re anything like me, then you cherish a holiday weekend for the sales. Every year, I create a ski wish list where I add items I’d like to buy. When holiday weekends roll around, I peruse all the sales to try to find the best deals on my list.

For skiers, Memorial Day is always a huge win. Retailers are looking to get rid of last season’s gear and are slashing prices, sometimes up to 70 percent.

Salomon QST 106 Skis 2026

Been eyeing the QSTs? Yeah, we hear you.

Snag a 106 with a fun purple top sheet, and your future self will thank you. The 106 is the perfect ski for those looking to take their skills to the next level. This ski is engineered to be a bit stiffer and with vibration control, so it’s ready to be pushed to the limit. Need something a little narrower? The QST 100s are also marked down to $490 from $700.

Halfdays Hedy Belted Puffer Coat

Beloved female-owned skiwear brand Halfdays has some serious discounts on its outerwear; you have to know where to look. I spotted this fashionable, yet functional jacket deep in the Bloomingdale’s sale section, and also found the matching pants for under $100 (that’s 70 percent off the retail price!). At the time of publishing, there are plenty of colors and sizes on sale, but keep in mind that anything this discounted is final sale.

Rossignol Sender Soul 102

An epic deal for skis and bindings. If you need a new hard-charging ski, this is the one. The Sender Soul replaced Rossi’s Soul 7 and is a fun blend of both surfy and confident carving. Between the 2024 and 2026 models, the ski hasn’t changed construction-wise, so snagging it on such a steep discount is a surefire win.
